Today started out with what some might see as a bad omen, an inconvenience, a total bummer, but the flat tire on our cab gave us an opportunity to see more, experience more, and share more with you.  Fortunately, the cab made it to within a mile of the office and I knew we were close because we could see the Interlace just over the trees.  We decided to hoof it and I'm glad we did.  Got to finally walk over the ped bridge we have been driving under this week and it's really sharp.  Much more flora and fauna to see along the way as well.  But first, I have to share the pics from last night that I forgot to add to last nights' post.  We were back in the marina district and the scenes were amazing.  The Sands Hotel was to our right, the Singapore Flyer in the center, and more tall shiny things to my left.
We started out from the client offices and hit the metro for two transfers and a long walk through a ped mall before we found LeVel33.  They had a dedicated lift up 33 floors and we found lot;s of people doing their socializing aroung the patio rails.  We had no problem sharing a table long enough to snap some shots and find out where we're all from.

Dinner was lamb ribs that fell off the bone and Sandra had fish and chips presented like puff pastry.
Quite tasty and a great vibe of local ex-pat hipsters. Service was great and friendly, prices were a bit on the high side.  I guess that's appropriate for 33 floors up!

Back to current day and our wanderings towards the office.  I mentioned a cool ped bridge, well, here you go.

Not much to see other than this thing was immense and had tons of palms, ferns and flowers along the way.

Then we stumbled into a Hort garden and there was a field trip.  We all had backpacks!

Finally manged to find our way through the garden and a gate in the fence to our office park  Perfect!
Long day at work and we took the MRT all the way home. When I arrive they granted me the free upgrade to a "premier" room which had light switches in the proper places, plenty of outlets for charging and and see through shower you didn't have to step up two feet to get into.

I'm pretty tuckered not.  Hope you enjoyed!  Peace and love to all!!!
